Krav Haganah

You will learn to manage distance, verbal commands, and what to do when approached by a stranger. You will learn specific defenses against common attacks, striking fundamentals, and how to end the assault quickly. There will also be an introduction to "if, when and how to use pepper spray". Attendees should wear comfortable casual clothing and clean shoes for the mat.

Preregistration is recommended, the cost goes up to $40 the day of the event.
